EUKAAI Corporation ("Euka", "we", "us") provides Euka AI for Shopify, a paid app, billed through Shopify, that gives your store Euka for Shopify at shopify.euka.ai. There you keep track of the creators you work with: their contact details, social accounts, tags, lists, notes, and custom fields, and you can search Euka's creator directory to find new creators for your lists. The app also reads your store's product catalog. This policy explains how we handle information for the app and for Euka for Shopify.

This policy applies to data handled through Euka AI for Shopify. Our general Privacy Policy describes the broader Euka account, website, and other services. For this Shopify integration, the specific data practices below apply.

Information we collect

Store information: Shopify store identifiers, store name and domains, store contact email, store owner name, country, and currency returned when you authorize the app.
Product catalog information: product and variant identifiers, titles, images, vendors, product types, tags, options, SKUs, prices, product status, and inventory totals available in the product snapshot. Inventory totals reflect the latest product sync.
Account and connection information: your name, email address, and sign-in details, the Euka account and Brand you link to your store, access permissions, authorization credentials, and the information needed to maintain or disconnect that link.
Plan information: the Euka plan chosen for your store and whether it is active, as reported by Shopify. Shopify bills you and handles payment; we do not receive your payment details.
Creator information you add: the creators you add by hand, import from a CSV file, or save from creator search, with the information you keep about them, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube handles, and the tags, lists, owners, notes, and custom fields you give them.
Public social profile information: when a creator's record has a social media handle, we may add public information from that profile, such as their profile picture, display name, and follower count.
Creator search information: the words you search for, the filters and TikTok market you choose, when you searched, and how many results came back. When you search by image, the image you upload.
Usage, operational, and support information: sync and import timestamps, task status, error information, request and security logs, and information you provide when contacting support. Hosting and security logs may include IP addresses and browser or request information.

The app requests read-only product access. It does not request access to your customers, orders, payment details, or storefront browsing events, and it does not install an Euka tracking pixel in your store. Store contact information is distinct from information about your buyers.

How we use information

We use this information to:

Authenticate your store and link it to the Euka Brand you select.
Save your creator records and show them to the people with access to your Brand, so you can search, filter, organize, and update them.
Suggest which field each column of an imported CSV file belongs to, and suggest addresses as you type one.
Add public profile information to creators who have a social media handle.
Run your creator searches and apply your weekly search limits: start TikTok search in your store's market, turn a search written in your own words into filters, find creators whose profiles or videos match your words or an image you upload, show you their profiles, and save the creators you choose to your lists.
Import and update your product catalog, display catalog information, and report sync progress and errors.
Check your Euka plan with Shopify and give your Brand access to the features it includes.
Keep the integration secure, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support and privacy requests.
Meet applicable legal obligations.

Product access granted to this app is not used to enable Euka's separately connected campaign, order, discount, or sales-attribution workflows.

Creator information you add

You decide which creators to add, including the ones you save from creator search, and what information to keep about them. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect that information and share it with us, and for giving creators any notice the law requires. If a creator asks you to correct their information, you can edit their record in Euka for Shopify. If a creator asks you to delete their information, email support@euka.ai and we will erase their record.

Creator search

Creator search shows creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from a directory Euka builds from public social media profiles and TikTok Shop data: a creator's handle, name, profile picture, bio, follower counts, public videos and posts, their followers' ages, genders, and locations, and their TikTok Shop sales figures. It also shows a creator's contact email address when the directory has one: an address the creator publishes, for example in their bio, their channel details, or a page they link to from their profile, or one they gave Euka on a Euka form to be considered by brands. We collect this information ourselves and from providers of social media and e-commerce data. The directory also holds details Euka estimates, which can be wrong: a creator's gender and ethnicity (from their profile photo), their language, and whether they post AI-generated content. Creators who use the Euka creator app also appear, with the profile information they share in that app, when they joined it, when they last used it, and how many contests, retainers, programs, and ad programs they have joined on Euka.

When you save a creator from search to a list, we copy their name, handle, and contact details, such as an email address or phone number, into your creator records, where they become creator information you add, as described above. Euka for Shopify doesn't contact creators for you, and saving a creator doesn't notify them.

Creators can email support@euka.ai to ask what information we hold about them, or to ask us to correct or delete it.

Your catalog and creator records are available to authorized users of the Euka Brand linked to your store. We exchange data with Shopify to operate the integration and use service providers for application hosting, database storage, search, background processing, security, and support. We also use:

An AI provider, reached through an AI gateway, to suggest column matches when you import a CSV file. It receives the file name, its column names, the names, types and choices of your custom fields, and up to 20 sample values per column from the file's first 60 rows. Before sending, we replace sample values that look like email addresses, phone numbers, or links with placeholders. For columns of numbers it also receives value counts and the smallest and largest value.
An AI provider, reached through an AI gateway, to turn a TikTok search you write in your own words into search filters. It receives only the words you type in the search bar, up to 1,000 characters.
Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses. It receives the address text you type for a creator.
Providers of public social media data, which receive a creator's social media handle so we can look up their public profile.

These providers process information to deliver those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Euka and its service providers operate.

Sessions and cookies

Euka AI is not embedded in Shopify Admin: installing or opening it takes you to Euka for Shopify at shopify.euka.ai, where we use the account sessions and cookies needed for sign-in and for linking your store to a Euka account. Euka for Shopify also saves your recent creator searches in your browser's local storage, so they show under the search bar, where you can remove them. Euka website and account services may also use cookies and analytics as described in our general Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

We retain catalog and connection information while it is needed to provide the integration. Disconnecting the integration or uninstalling the app stops its access to your Shopify store. Disconnection is not the same as deleting your Euka account.

We handle Shopify's shop-data deletion requests by removing the applicable app connection and its associated catalog data. Creator records belong to your Euka Brand, not to the store connection, so uninstalling the app, disconnecting the store, or a shop-data deletion request does not delete them. We keep them until you ask us to erase them.

We keep a record of each TikTok creator search, with the words, filters, and market used, who ran it, and how many results came back, to apply search limits, fix problems, and improve search. Like creator records, these records belong to your Euka Brand, so uninstalling the app doesn't delete them; email support@euka.ai to have them erased. An image you search with is used only to find videos that look like it: we don't save the image, and we keep a numeric description of it for up to 30 minutes so a repeated search is faster.

Deleting a creator in Euka for Shopify removes them from your creator list. To have creator records erased from our systems, email support@euka.ai and tell us which creators, or say that you want every creator in your Brand erased. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of other information associated with this app. Please include your store domain so we can locate the connection; we may need to verify your authority before acting on a request.

Operational logs, support records, and backup copies may be retained separately for security, recovery, or legal obligations. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Removing this Shopify connection does not automatically delete your broader Euka account or information provided through other Euka services.

Your choices and requests

You can edit creator records, or delete creators from your list, in Euka for Shopify at any time. You can disconnect Euka from the app or uninstall Euka AI through Shopify Admin. For questions or requests about your information, email support@euka.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict the processing of personal information.

Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
