EUKAAI Corporation ("Euka", "we", "us") provides Euka AI for Shopify, a free app that connects a Shopify product catalog to an existing Euka account. This policy explains how we handle information for that integration, both inside Shopify Admin and in the connected Euka Catalog workspace.
This policy applies to data handled through Euka AI for Shopify. Our general Privacy Policy describes the broader Euka account, website, and other services. For this Shopify integration, the specific data practices below apply.
Information we collect
- Store information: Shopify store identifiers, store name and domains, store contact email, store owner name, and currency returned when you authorize the app.
- Product catalog information: product and variant identifiers, titles, images, vendors, product types, tags, options, SKUs, prices, product status, and inventory totals available in the product snapshot. Inventory totals reflect the latest product sync.
- Account and connection information: the Euka account and Brand you link to your store, access permissions, authorization credentials, and the information needed to maintain or disconnect that link.
- Operational and support information: sync timestamps, task status, error information, request and security logs, and information you provide when contacting support. Hosting and security logs may include IP addresses and browser or request information.
The app requests read-only product access. It does not request access to your customers, orders, payment details, or storefront browsing events, and it does not install an Euka tracking pixel in your store. Store contact information is distinct from information about your buyers.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- Authenticate your store and link it to the Euka Brand you select.
- Import and update your product catalog, display catalog information, and report sync progress and errors.
- Keep the integration secure, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support and privacy requests.
- Meet applicable legal obligations.
Product access granted to this free app is not used to enable Euka's separately connected campaign, order, discount, or sales-attribution workflows.
Sharing and processing
Your catalog is available to authorized users of the Euka Brand linked to your store. We exchange data with Shopify to operate the integration and use service providers for application hosting, database storage, background processing, security, and support. These providers process information to deliver those services.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Euka and its service providers operate.
Sessions and cookies
The embedded app uses Shopify session credentials to verify requests. When you link an Euka account or open the external Catalog, we use account sessions and cookies needed for sign-in and the connection flow. Euka website and account services may also use cookies and analytics as described in our general Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
We retain catalog and connection information while it is needed to provide the integration. Disconnecting the integration or uninstalling the app stops its access to your Shopify store. Disconnection is not the same as deleting your Euka account.
We handle Shopify's shop-data deletion requests by removing the applicable app connection and its associated catalog data. You can also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with this app. Please include your store domain so we can locate the connection; we may need to verify your authority before acting on a request.
Operational logs, support records, and backup copies may be retained separately for security, recovery, or legal obligations. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Removing this Shopify connection does not automatically delete your broader Euka account or information provided through other Euka services.
Your choices and requests
You can disconnect Euka from the app or uninstall Euka AI through Shopify Admin. For questions or requests about your information, email support@euka.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict the processing of personal information.
Changes to this policy
We will publish updates on this page and revise the date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required.
